Guidelines for Submission

To maintain high content standards, we expect:

  • Original, Unique, and High-Quality Content – The article must be 100% unique and plagiarism-free. (must pass smallseotools or duplicheker)
  • Well-Researched & Informative – Provide valuable insights with actionable tips.
  • Keywords – Provide primary and secondary keywords that your guest post is using to prevent keyword cannibalization and improve your chances of ranking.
  • Structured & Readable Format – Use headings (H1, H2, H3), bullet points, and short paragraphs.
  • Tone of Voice – Our blog strikes a balance between being informative, casual, and passionate. We deliver information in a professional yet conversational manner.
  • Word Count – Articles should be at least 1,400 words for in-depth insights.
  • No Promotional or AI-Generated Content – Articles should be informative, not promotional (must pass ZeroGPT – 0% AI).
  • Readability – All green lights are required on the Yoast readability tool.
  • Proper Citations & Sources – If you include data or statistics, provide links to credible sources.
  • Featured image: You can leave this to us.
  • Relevant Images – If necessary, include royalty-free images with proper attributions. Make sure to insert infographics or screenshots if you see the opportunity. Use Canva PRO for illustrations relevant to the content removing background (example: https://visibleserp.com/master-3×3-writing-process/). DO NOT use generic stock images. DO NOT copy-paste images from other articles. CREATE your graphics for the guest post. NOTE: In case you take images from other websites, make sure to include the source under the image’s caption. 
  • External links: Add links to at least 2 other authoritative resources (DA=40+).
  • Internal links: Link to at least 1 of Visible SERP’s blog posts using contextually relevant anchor texts.
  • DO NOT include promotional links in the content. We keep the right to remove or maintain any link you embed into the content without prior notice.
  • Proofread: Ensure your article is free of typos and grammatical errors (we recommend using Grammarly).

If any of these rules are not followed, the guest post submission will be rejected without a response.

How to Submit Your Article

  1. Send your article pitch or topic idea to contact @ visibleserp.com.
  2. If approved, submit your article in Google Docs format.
  3. Our editorial team will review the article and may suggest edits.
  4. Upon approval, we will publish your content and share it with our audience

Terms

  1. By submitting your guest post, you acknowledge and accept the guidelines outlined in this agreement. You also grant us full copyright and ownership of the content.
  2. We reserve the right to edit guest posts as needed, which may include modifying certain parts of the content or removing backlinks to websites with which we do not want to be associated.
  3. Additionally, we may include affiliate links in some guest posts. However, we will only recommend products or services that provide value to our readers.
  4. We also reserve the right to remove the entire post without any prior notice.

We offer both Free Guest Post and Paid Guest Post opportunities:

Free Guest Post

  • Strict editorial review process.
  • Only high-quality, well-researched, and unique articles will be accepted.
  • One permanent do-follow backlink is allowed (in bio or body to relevant content) for websites above 30 DA/DR. Otherwise is a no-follow backlink.
  • No promotional content or excessive self-promotion.

Paid Guest Post

  • Faster approval and priority publishing.
  • More flexibility with links (up to 2 permanent do-follow backlinks allowed).
  • Sponsored content allowed (subject to approval).
  • Promotion on our social media channels.
  • Payment is accepted only in cryptocurrency – USDT.
  • The value for 1 do-follow backlink is $25.

Please note that we don’t allow posts related to Gambling, Casino, Crypto, Medical, Dating, etc.
